RADIO FREQUENCY (RF) ENGINEER job opportunity at a well-established small company in business since 1981. Now located in Freeport L.I. New York (State). Growth opportunity. Responsibilities: - Design engineering to build new and rebuild pre-owned RF welding equipment of various OEM's and our own brand, test, troubleshoot, repair, and validate electronics prepare equipment for final shipment. Understanding crystal oscillator generators and matching networks. Evaluate electronics modules, analyze results, develop design improvements, and implement them - Develop test procedures, test specifications, and supporting documentation - Troubleshooting and problem solving using test equipment. Guiding current clients through trouble shooting via phone or service call. Create and modify schematics Solder precision components Requirements: - gt; BS Degree in Engineering, Minimum 0 to 5 years experience and solid RF Theory knowledge - gt; A PLUS to have experience in ANY of: (1) RF troubleshooting of crystal oscillator generator & matchnet systems. Must be able to design PLC controls using primarily Alan Bradley modules. Candidate must have distinguished record of performance and well established potential leadership. This will require system engineering skills a strong foundation in testing and a background that includes mature management capabilities.
